Property information

Quiet finca on the outskirts of Llucmajor, surrounded by nature. It has large outdoor spaces, a private pool and can accommodate 4 guests. Outside this property you will find an elevated chlorine pool, 4 m long by 2.40 m wide and 1.20 m deep, where you can cool off after a day's excursion around the island. It is a perfect space for sunbathing and an aperitif at the outdoor table, from where you can enjoy the natural scenery of the surroundings. Please note that there are neighbours nearby. The house is distributed on one floor and all the rooms have AC. Inside you will find a living-dining room with Smart TV and a wood-burning cooker. The kitchen, which has a gas hob, is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay more comfortable. To rest you have two bedrooms with wardrobes, one of them with en suite bathroom with shower. In addition, you will find another bathroom with shower. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are at your disposal during your stay. If you are travelling with children, there is a cot and high chair available.
