This fantastic finca is located in a very quiet rural area, next to Pollensa. The property stands out for its beautiful garden area and its privileged location on the north coast of Mallorca. Through its entrance we enter directly into the living room, with a fully equipped American kitchen. The house also has 3 bedrooms and has a capacity for 5 people. The entire property is on the same floor. But without a doubt, the most spectacular aspect of the villa is the exterior: it has a private pool, a beautiful natural grass garden surrounding the property and several furnished terraces perfect for spending time outdoors and enjoying the wonderful climate that the island offers.

Neighbourhood information

The closest town is Pollença, one of the most charming areas of the island. Known as one of the most beautiful towns in Mallorca, it is a pleasure to walk through the center and its narrow streets and admire its architecture. There you will find supermarkets, a multitude of services and you will be able to enjoy its extensive gastronomic and cultural offer. It is also close to Port de Pollença and its large sandy beach, one of the best areas for water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing... You can also walk along the promenade, along the sea, or enjoy one of the the terraces of the many restaurants that you will find. The almost virgin coves of Formentor or Cala Sant Vicenç are also a must.
