Upstairs you will find a second living area where you can read a book or enjoy yourselves playing a board game. Then, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with twin beds. All bedrooms offer a closet and AC and the two upstairs have a TV-set each (no satellite channels). A bathroom with an independent shower and bath completes the floor. Finally, we can provide a baby cot and high chair if you need them. We're a vacation rental agency.

This wonderful rustic town house highlights the traditional Mallorcan charm thanks to the natural stone round the facade and the impressive interiors. In addition, it is located in a town where people still enjoys the old habits like going out in the morning to have a walk through the ancient streets just to have a coffee in the bar at the town square or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The terrace of the house is in fact a great place to enjoy a delicious barbecue in peace. The house comprises two floors. When you enter the main floor, the great hall leads to the dining room which is open to the living area. It is quipped with TV-Sat, AC and two comfy sofas where you can relax. Next, you have the kitchen that features a ceramic hob, oven and access to the terrace. In the laundry room you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower to complete this level.

Sencelles is a family village in the centre of the island. It offers all needed services for an independent stay: some bars and restaurants, a supermarket, etc. For more services you will have to drive to Inca, a small city known thanks to its traditional street market that takes place every Thursday morning and that you cannot miss. The nearest beach is the one of Cas Capellans in Can Picafort, characterised by its fine sand and crystalline waters and located just 30 km away.
