This wonderful 400 m2 villa is located in Gava Mar, near the airport of Barcelona and only 25 minutes from Barcelona center. The best to enjoy beach and city-life. The house has a capacity for up to 9 people distributed in 5 bedrooms: All the bedrooms have storage space. AC and heating in the living room, kitchen and hall of second floor Fans and heaters available in each room 2 Full Bathrooms ( 1 with WC and bathub in the second floor + 1 with WC and shower downstairs) Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and dishwasher TV and high speed Wi-fi Free parking space in the house for at least 5 cars Chill-out area and BBQ Private pool and garden Baby travel cot and high chair available under request. Linens and bath towels will be provided. Please bring your own beach towels. In case you have any question about the space or the amenities, please send me a private message. Neighbourhood information

Gavá Mar is a residential beach area 20m drive from Barcelona; it is away from the packed beaches of the big cities, but you are still within driving distance. It borders the coast of the Mediterranean Sea between Viladecans and Castelldefels. Castelldefels beach is located approximately 18 km south of the city of Barcelona, between two very different ecosystems: the Llobregat river delta, with its wetlands and reed beds, on one side, and the Garraf Massif mountain range, on the other. Castelldefels beach affords the possibility of practising different sports, swimming in the calm waters of the Mediterranean Sea, or just sunbathing peacefully. It looks like an endless beach which never seems to fill up completely, even in peak season. It’s still well-loved though—by kite-surfers in April and May, by locals after work, by families on weekends, and by Barcelona visitors who’ve caught wind of its reputation. Located near the seafront promenade, you will find bars and restaurants within a short walk from the apartment.
