Nice and cozy apartment in front of the beach of Canet de Mar. New kitchen well equipped. Modern bathroom. Fully furbished and fully equipped. Recently renovated 2017 2 apartments: 1 with 2bedroom 1.5 bathroom 4 terraces +parking (duplex) 1 with 1 bedroom, 1 barthroom 2 terraces +parking Bright living room with sea views. Terrace also well oriented with sea views. Parking space is not available and wifi is included. This apartment is very well located 40 minutes from Barcelona and 25 minutes drive from the Costa Brava. The train station is just 10 minutes walking. The style has a modern tourch of industrial loft, but facing the mediterranean We have parking space for medium cars

This apartment is very well located 40 minutes from Barcelona and 25 minutes drive from the Costa Brava. Access to the beach is easy and it is about 100 meters from the beach The train station is only a 10 minute walk away. Canet is small enough to walk almost anywhere. The boardwalk features a promenade in the historical center: walking from the church to the cathedral you can visit many architectural works. It is the smallest town in Catalunya with more historical and modernist buildings. You can Hire a boat at the marina. Run or swim at the beach. Rock climb on the artificial rock.
