The villa features two spacious and bright living rooms: one on the ground floor, perfect for family time, and another on the upper floor, with direct access to a balcony offering panoramic views of the town. The layout has been carefully designed to provide maximum comfort and privacy: One bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms on the upper floor, both with en-suite bathrooms. Fans are available in each room and in the living room. Both living rooms face outward, allowing for excellent natural light. The dining area and kitchen open directly onto the garden, creating a warm and functional space that connects the indoors with nature. Outside, you'll enjoy a lovely private garden area, an uncovered and a covered terrace, perfect for al fresco breakfasts, relaxed dinners or just unwinding. In addition, the courtyard is ideal for secure bicycle storage - a plus for cyclists exploring the island. Accommodates up to 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for both short and long stays. The villa also includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace ideal for remote work, television, a crib, and a high chair for families with young children. Note: The house does not have air conditioning. The property is in an excellent location, within walking distance to public transportation, stores and restaurants. Free street parking. One pet allowed. Smoking and events are not allowed.
