Casa Alta Holiday Home is an elegantly restored townhouse located in El Esparragal, one of three closely linked whitewashed villages set in the heart of rural Andalucia, in the province of Cordoba. El Esparragal is nestled in the beautiful mountains of the Subbetica Natural Park, an area famous for the quality of its olive oil, gastronomy, and stunning views.
Start your day enjoying breakfast in the flower filled patio, before exploring the historical cities of Cordoba, Sevilla and Granada. And after a day of site seeing, return to Casa Alta for a rejuvenating shower in the luxury ensuite followed by a relaxing evening by the pool with a Cerveza or Vino, or two. Dinner can be had in La Fuente restaurant in the neighbouring village of Zagrilla Alta, in Priego’s historical quarter overlooking the stunning views.
Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla and Sierra Nevada are all easily accessible from here, as well as the coast! Ideal for sight seeing, walking, cycling, painting, rock climbing and much more! Casa Alta Holiday Home is the perfect base to discover the “Real Spain”. El Esparragal enjoys a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of busy lives, but is also within easy reach of the historical town of Priego de Cordoba (voted in the top ten of Spain’s most beautiful towns) and smaller surrounding towns, Carcabuey, Luque, and Zuheros.
