The 250 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional shower room, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning (on the ground floor and in the three main bedrooms on that floor), washing machine, and television. A cot and a high chair are available on request. The villa features a private outdoor area with a pool (4 x 3 m, 1.10 - 1.70 m deep), garden, outdoor furniture, open terrace, balcony, and barbecue. Approximate distances by foot or car: nearest restaurant 406 m, café 347 m, bar 313 m, supermarket 441 m, and Los Álamos beach 37.8 km. Free parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Please note that there may occasionally be water restrictions imposed by the authorities, and you will be informed if this occurs. The property is protected by a burglar alarm. The villa is located at the edge of the village, surrounded by countryside and nature, with very few houses nearby. Insects or occasional entry of dogs or cats not belonging to the property may occur, and you will be informed about this. The village fair is held at the end of July and beginning of August; you will be notified in advance. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for highchairs.
