Situated in its own 60 tree olive grove, the villa affords breath taking views of Lake Iznajar and its historic white washed hillside village 3 min away. With its private pool, jacuzzi & Fitness Room in addition to Sun Decks, Outdoor Bar & Kitchen plus Entertaining areas, ‘Casa Ladera’ is the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday. Ideally located just 1 hour from the airports of both Malaga & Granada, the Villa is perfectly positioned for exploring the history, culture and natural beauty that Andalucía has in abundance. The world famous Alhambra Palace & Gardens of Granada, the Mezquita of Cordoba and the Cathedrals & Alcazar of Seville are just a short drive away. Within easy travelling distance you will also find the mountain treks of the Sierra Nevada, El Torcal and many of Andalucía’s spectacular National Parks. Close to the villa on the shores of Lake Iznajar is a sandy beach from where you can Swim, Kayak, Windsurf, take a guided Boat Tour of the lake or just relax for the day. The accommodation of ‘Casa de Ladera’ comprises of 3 double air conditioned bedrooms, 2 family bathrooms & an ensuite bathroom to the Master Bedroom. With spectacular views over Lake Iznajar and its own private balcony. A fully equipped indoor kitchen leads through to a cosy dining room, and on to a full indoor airconditioned lounge where, you can take a break from the sun and relax. The smart TV's in both the kitchen and the lounge connects to the free Wi-Fi which is available throughout the villa. Our well-equipped fitness room offer an opportunity to exercise using Free Weights, a Treadmill and Cross Trainer. Exercise mats and towels are provided for your comfort & convenience. ‘Casa de Ladera’ has several outdoor terraces with sun and shaded areas for your comfort and enjoyment.
