It is a pleasure to present Casa de Nero located next to the golf course in Caleta de Vélez, an exclusive environment, quiet and away from noise, but at the same time with all services nearby. The beach of Caleta de Vélez and its marina are just 2 minutes away by car and are surrounded by a promenade full of restaurants and leisure options for visitors who can have a walk and enjoy all this offer. The house has been designed by the famous architect Joaquín Torres in a modern, aesthetic and distinctive style. The ground floor consists of a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace, a toilet and a modern open kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need and with access to the same terrace that joins the living room. This terrace has a garden area and a jacuzzi, which not only offers a pleasant experience, but also has many health benefits, reduces stress, promotes relaxation, and improves your well-being. A real luxury, ideal for those who are looking for a relaxing holiday escaping the stressful day by day. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms, one of them inside the master bedroom. All bedrooms are very bright as they have a terrace, two of the terraces overlook the golf course and one to the front porch.

A small village which sprang up around the fishing port, where each day a quaint fish auction takes place.
