ABOUT US If you are reading this, it’s probably because you are an ardent lover of Jávea and the Costa Blanca. Or that you are simply curious about us and what we do, so allow us to introduce ourselves…. Jávea Holidays began life in 2001 when two friends, who had recently relocated to the Costa Blanca from the UK, decided (over a chilled bottle of local vino blanco) that Jávea and its surroundings were simply too beautiful to be kept to themselves. Situated in the beautiful Cap Marti, Tosalet area of Javea, Casa del Limonero is a pretty, single level villa that offers guests private parking, a secluded pool with sun terrace, and a large plot planted with tropical shrubs and trees. Ideal for families, the villa has fibre speed Wi-Fi, two air-conditioned bedrooms (one UK king size and two singles), and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), ensuring no family squabbles over who gets first dibs over the bathroom! The fitted kitchen opens out onto an air-conditioned lounge complete with Smart TV, satellite TV system and Bluetooth sound bar. At the heart of the sofa area, a log burning fireplace is perfect for those colder Winter nights. Adjacent to the lounge, a spacious dining room and comfy seating area looks out over the pool and gardens. Outside, and on the far side of the pool, the covered dining area is the perfect spot to eat, drink and unwind. Complete with large dining table, gas BBQ, fridge, and music system, guests need not move far from the pool to grab a cool drink! Casa del Limonero is within a handy 6-minute drive, or for the more adventurous a 30-minute walk, to Javea seafront where guests can enjoy the wide choice of restaurants, cafes and bars or take a relaxing stroll along the sandy beach.
