Casa del Sol is a one of a kind top design villa at Valle Romano Golf (Estepona) offering 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and all the rest you can imagine for a perfect holiday with family or friends. What will make your holiday perfect? First, the exterior is unique. The heated infinity pool (with child alarm and exterior shower) offers amazing views on the golf and the sea. It also features a wonderful terrace with sunbeds and an umbrella. A private garden and an exterior dining table with Yakiniku (bbq) make the exterior complete. Second, the interior is perfect for every kind of stay. It is 100% child proof (baby bed/chairs/gates and changing table). 3 double beds and 2 single beds can accommodate 8 adults. 2 bathrooms offer 4 sinks, 2 showers and 1 bath in total. 3 toilets make the sanitary facilities complete. The kitchen is 200% equipped, with a Quooker faucet and all you want from Miele: combi oven, fridge with freezer, dish washer and cooker. You will also enjoy the Nespresso machine. Laundry, ironing, washing and vacuuming equipment is at your disposal, just in case. The salon offers a flat screen and high end Hi-Fi equipment with phenomenal (interior and outdoor) speakers.
As the owner of a Belgian construction company (Mi Casa) specialized in wood constructions, the host will make sure you will get all the best a wooden house has to offer. As a consequence of the owner's urge to perfection, the house is not the umpteenth holiday house. It is a home with a true soul, a uniqueness difficult to describe. You will return home having enjoyed the real warm charm of wood.
The location is great and quiet, offering stunning views on the sea, the golf and the mountain. It's right next to the golf course of Valle Romano (and close to many other golf courses). The garden literally borders the course. By car or on foot, the villa is only 2.5 kms away from the beach, 4 kms from the port, 6 kms from the historic center of Estepona. It's not only a fantastic place to enjoy the good weather, the swimming pool and the beach, it's also the perfect starting point for a fantastic road trip, bike or hike adventure and close to many other fun things such as canyoning (Benahavis), paragliding (Algodonales), animal (safari) park (Selwo), many golf courses, ... Puerto Banus is only 25kms away, Malaga (with its airport) 85 kms.
