Property information

We invite you to this wonderful town house with pool and extraordinary views in Búger! It offers accommodation for 6 guests. The sunny terrace is the perfect setting to enjoy a refreshing swim in the chlorine pool while contemplating an amazing landscape. The mountains and the green fields will amaze all the senses. The pool, with measures of 8 m x 4 m and 0.4 to 1.5 m deep, is wrapped between a well-kept lawn and a beautiful Mallorcan stone on which you can place four hammocks and lie in the sun. Behind this area, an absolutely charming small porch invites you to sit down and enjoy a drink. The upper terrace is a privileged corner to read or chat after a delicious family barbecue. The house has three floors. When entering to the property from the street, you find a large living room with satellite television. This opens after a large Mallorcan-style arch to the kitchen-dining room, equipped with ceramic hob, industrial appliances, air conditioning and access to the terrace. Then you find a bathroom with shower. Going up the stairs, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe and Air conditioning, one of them has two single beds and the rest have double beds. There is a cot and a high chair at your disposal in case of needed, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the -1 floor, where the pool is located, you have a game room and a dining space with a fridge and a sink, which gives a feeling of being in lovely small caves.

Neighbourhood information

Búger is a small and very cozy town, located about 15 km from the Port of Alcúdia, where you can find a great beach and all sort of services such as restaurants in the marina, bars, ice cream shops, shops and much more. It is the perfect place to enjoy a day among crystal clear waters and fine sand. However, in Búger you can find some basic services. For sports lovers, on the beaches of the area you can practice several water sports or visit the Alcanada golf club.
