The CONSEJERO de Indias house is located on the first floor with elevator of a completely new building (2018). Upon entering you will see a fully equipped American designer kitchen. The living-dining room has a smart TV and a balcony and, as for bedrooms, there are two, one with a double bed and the other with two 105cm beds joined together, a shared bathroom between them, a built-in wardrobe and a balcony overlooking the interior patio of the property. In addition, the house has air conditioning and heating. The house is located in the mythical Mentidero neighborhood, a residential neighborhood in the old town where, despite being close to many points of interest in the city, you will not lose peace of mind when it comes to resting. Nearby you can easily find restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, as well as points of cultural and historical interest. Don't miss the opportunity to live like a true Cádiz native or to immerse yourself in the most authentic character of our beloved city.
