Quiet place, with the beach just a few minutes away and unbeatable views. It is located in the heart of the village of Niembru, in the council of Llanes, within walking distance of the beaches of Toranda and Torimbia. It has panoramic views of the Cuera mountain range and the Niembru estuary. It has 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living room, private outdoor parking for up to 3 vehicles, garage, barbecue and private garden enclosed by wall and wrought iron.

The house is located in the heart of the village of Niembru. A short distance from the beaches of Toranda and Torimbia. It is also a step away from the Niembru estuary, a natural environment of great beauty. The place is ideal for a well-deserved rest, hiking trails, surfing, kayaking, paddle surfing, etc.. In addition, Llanes has a wide variety of beaches with crystal clear waters, a history and a curious seafaring culture and a very attractive gastronomic offer. The center of the town of Llanes is 10 minutes away by car, Gijón is only 50 minutes away and 40 minutes to the Picos de Europa.
