Welcome to @casa.forta, my incredibly charming and rural apartment in Capmany! With a total of 40sqm2 and 25sqm2 of private terrace you will enjoy the features of a full-size home without sacrificing comfort! Plus, you're close to incredible outings (Dali Museum, Portlligat, Cadaqués, more than 12 wineries, etc.) Do you want to work from home? The Wi-Fi connection in my small house never fails. Don't you want to work from home? Enjoy a sunset with a wine on the private terrace. My newly renovated and comfortable apartment is located in the heart of Capmany! It's small but beautiful, with plenty of natural light, spectacular views of the historic centre, an independent entrance, free high-speed WIFI and a full kitchen and bathroom. We are located in a charming medieval village with numerous hiking options, a privileged environment surrounded by olive trees and vineyards and 20 minutes away from the Costa Brava. Inside Capmany and the nearby surroundings, you can buy local products like oil and wine (our village has eight wineries) and enjoy Mediterranean food and delicacies. You will have the entire apartment for yourself. The home has a queen-size memory foam bed and a single Karup sleeper sofa with a futon. The optimal number of guests would be 1 to 2, but we can fit three if you're willing to squeeze! Please note that it is a small house of 40 square meters, it has an open layout so if space and privacy are important to you, this may not be the best place for 3. Inside the kitchen, you will find all the dinnerware, pots, pans, and plates you need to prepare dinner from scratch. We also provide chocolate and tea for your mornings. The living room is furnished with a nice flat-screen smart TV, on which you can enjoy your favourite video platforms for free. The terrace has a functional table and chairs. You can enjoy the surrounding area's views while enjoying a glass of wine and a beautiful sunset. You can access it from the building stairs to the 3rd floor.
