Relax and have a change of scenery in our modern house, renovated in 2022. You will have many comforts: large terraces, queen size beds, air conditioning, a modern wood-burning fireplace, wifi, nesspresso coffee machine, private underground parking, fitted wardrobes in all rooms... In addition, in the urbanization you will enjoy the swimming pools (adults and children/babies), paddle tennis courts, ping pong table, gym, sauna and games area. The beach, Mercadona, pharmacy, restaurants are a few minutes walk.

The Costa Ballena beach is spectacular, you will enjoy its spaciousness and tranquility of its waters, as well as its impressive sunsets. The nearby area of ​​Faro Blanco / Tres Piedras has elegant beach bars with highly recommended international and local food. The ideal way to get around Costa Ballena is by bicycle, given the wide distribution of existing bike lanes. If you don't bring it, you can rent it at several companies in the area. Recently they have put electric scooters for rent in various points of the urbanization.
