*If you smoke or vape inside the property, a €250 fine will be imposed for violating the house rules.
* If you use the dryer with unwashed beach towels and find sand in the dryer, a €150 penalty will be charged for violating the rules.
* There is a €30 supplement for misuse of the property's electricity, such as leaving lights on.
* If you bring more people into the property without prior notice, a fine of €100/person + the extra person/day price will be imposed.
* My property accepts up to 8 people. For the fourth person or more, there is a €10 supplement per person per day.
* If you have an electric or hybrid car, the supplement is €10 per day.
* The user is responsible for the house keys and the garage remote.
In case of loss, a €150 charge will be applied for lock replacement, copies, remote control, etc.
* Avoid excessive noise from midnight to 7:00 a.m.
* Please ensure all electrical appliances are turned off when you are not home.
* Check-out is at 12:00 p.m.
* A €10 surcharge applies for each hour of delay.
