Ons prachtige luxueus ingericht appartement bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping van een nieuwbouw blok (Mirador del Condado) in het prestigieuze Condado de Alhama resort in de provincie Murcia - Costa Cálida. Vanaf het moment dat u binnenkomt zullen de hoge plafonds, lichtinval en de directe toegang vanuit de leefruimte tot ons ruim terras u opvallen. Het terras biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de natuur (bergen en water) en het golfterrein.
Beste gasten Welkom in ons vakantiehuis in Mirador del Condado! Wij hopen dat u zult genieten van uw verblijf en nodigen u uit om uw ervaring nadien met ons te delen via de review optie of het notitieboek dat u in het appartement terugvindt in de keuken naast onze welkomstmap. - Voorzieningen: recht tegenover het appartement vind je het commercieel centrum Al Kazar met een Spar (supermarkt), restaurants, bars, schoonheidsinstituut & kapper, tandarts, makelaar kantoren en bankautomaten. - Bereikbaarheid: vlotte verbindingen vanuit de luchthavens van Corvera-Murcia (20 minuten met de wagen) en Alicante (110 km). - Stranden: op 15 minuten rijden zijn er diverse prachtige zandstranden, behorende tot de Costa Cálida. - Klimaat: deze regio staat bekend als een zeer zonnige en warme regio met rond de 320 zonnedagen per jaar. - Markten: in de nabije regio worden er bijna iedere dag markten gehouden met naast fruit en groenten ook kleding en andere accessoires. De grootste markt met rond 150-200 kramen, wordt iedere zondag in Puerto de Mazarron gehouden (15 minuten rijden) . Kleinere markten en dichter bij de resort vind je op dinsdag in Alhama de Murcia (10 km). - Steden & cultuur: in de nabije omgeving vind je Mazarrón, Puerto de Mazarrón, Lorca, Aledo, Alhama de Murcia, Murcia en Cartagena.
