Located in the historic center of Arico el Nuevo, only 10-15 min. drive from the beaches of Abades and El Porís, and 25 min. from the airport (TFS), this newly renovated house is the ideal retreat for nature lovers. Surrounded by hiking and climbing trails, it is the perfect starting point to explore the volcanic and coastal landscapes of the island. Relax in a peaceful environment, enjoy the sun and serenity, and live a unique experience in this corner of Tenerife! This cozy earth house is the perfect retreat for those seeking peace and disconnection. The living room is integrated with a fully equipped kitchen, creating a perfect environment to enjoy relaxing moments. The bedroom, with a comfortable double bed, guarantees a refreshing rest after a day exploring the island. The bathroom, modern and well equipped, offers everything you need for your comfort. The house has two outdoor terraces: one with a Jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing while contemplating the Teide, and the other with a solarium, sun loungers, table and shower, all overlooking the sea.
We love to receive guests and share with them the history of La Destiladera, the first house where my grandfather lived when he was young. Today, after a careful renovation, we have renovated this traditional house so that those who visit us can enjoy its charm and discover the beauty of Arico el Nuevo. It will be a pleasure to welcome you!
Arico el Nuevo is a quiet charming village, declared a Historic-Artistic Site. Its cobbled streets and traditional houses reflect the essence of Canarian architecture. Surrounded by nature, it is ideal to disconnect, enjoy hiking trails and discover the authentic local life.
