Casa La Quinta is a country house type villa in Colindres, a Spanish municipality in the eastern part of the autonomous community of Cantabria, located next to the Cantabrian Sea, 5 minutes from Laredo, 40 from Bilbao and 20 from Santander. The house was built in 1972 and is the work of the architect Emilio Canosa Gutiérrez (Havana 1885 - Madrid 1971) was a man of encyclopedic knowledge, passionate about books, photography, and architecture. This architect made among other buildings the Church of Carmen of the same town, Colindres, also with a modernist line very typical of the 70s. This rural house type house is fully equipped and has 5 double bedrooms (one of them with an extra bed), and a single room, (total 12 people), three full bathrooms, a fireplace, between a large living room and dining room, full kitchen and terrace. Casa La Quinta is very close, Castro Urdiales, Santoña, Noja, Ampuero, Clean, Branches, etc. If you are looking for a place to stay while sightseeing in Cantabria or for family or friends meetings, contact us.
Casa La Quinta was our home for over 50 years, and now we have turned the family home into a place where other families can enjoy it. We hope that during your stay you create as good memories as we had from our childhood.
Casa La Quinta is located on the outskirts of Colindres. A 5 to 10-minute walk will take you to the center of town. A very quiet place with spectacular views of the Asón estuary to meet the marshes that overlook the Cantabrian Sea. Spectacular sunsets.
