Casa Leocadia is a stylish 120m2, 2-storey terraced house in the residential area of Chayofa, in the hills overlooking Los Christianos and Playa de Las Americas. Only a few minutes by car from the bustling resorts and the best beaches in Tenerife, yet on the intimate, peaceful Los Halcones estate. It's the perfect place for family relax on the house's two terraces or at the swimming pools just 30m away, and a great base for exploring Tenerife's top attractions. This is the place for you!
Casa Leocadia is located about 11 minutes by car from TFS airport (Aeropuerto de Tenerife Sur). Chayofa is a quiet, residential neighbourhood in the hills. On-site facilities include at least two restaurants, a bar and a local market. The Los Halcones estate and our house are only a few kilometres from Los Cristianos (5 minutes by car) and Playa de Las Americas (9 minutes by car), one of the most famous resorts in Tenerife, with the most beautiful beaches. In them and other nearby towns you will also find all kinds of services, shops, shopping centres, sports facilities, golf courses, etc. All of the island's best-known attractions - from some of the world's largest aqua parks or zoos to natural wonders - are literally at your fingertips or within an hour's drive, such as the Jungle Park (3 minutes by car). Jungle Park (3 minutes by car), Siam Park (5 minutes), Aqualand (8 minutes), the surfers' paradise of El Medano (15 minutes), the Los Gigantes cliffs (25 minutes), the Masca ravine (40 minutes), the Teide volcano (50 minutes), the capital Santa Cruz (50 minutes), Loro Parque (1 hour 5 minutes), the Anaga mountains (1 hour 15 minutes).
