Modern fully equipped apartment in the heart of Estepona. Very bright! - Completely renovated. New furniture and beds - 4th floor with elevator and balcony - Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning-heating in each room - 1 bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and 1 extra toilet with WC- Large dining room with extendable table and sofa - Access balcony from the master bedroom and from the dining room - Double glazed windows (climalit) throughout the apartment - Mosquito nets in each room - 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed 160x 200, open wardrobe and chest of drawers), (2nd with two beds 90x200, wardrobe, small desk-dressing table) - sheets and bedding in each bed - Towel set for each guest - Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, and all kinds of small appliances (toaster, orange juicer, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker with some complimentary capsules, bottle of oil, salt, Bottle of Jerez wine (courtesy of the house), etc). - 300m (5min walking) from the beach - all services (shops, supermarkets, bars, etc.) at 50m (in the same square) - Economic underground parking at 50m. - tourist information: information brochures of activities, map of Estepona.
- Underground Parking at Plaza Antonia Guerrero (under home): from 9am to 9pm: 1 EUR // from 9pm to 9am: 2 EUR. Total 24 hours: 3 EUR. After 48h 16 EUR/ day From Antonia Guerrero square, the pedestrian zone starts to the beach (Terraza Street, the main street of the city) - Breakfast in the bars and terraces of the square good and cheap: "La Manduca", "La Palma", "Casa la Clavija", "La Perejila" etc. (coffee with milk, sandwich or toast and orange juice for less than 3 EUR ).
