Casa Maíz is a new and very spacious detached property. Everything in it is designed to ensure that guests enjoy a comfortable stay, surrounded by beauty. The whole house is decorated to detail. It has 4 bedrooms with extra large beds and 3 bathrooms, one with shower, for the comfort of the stay. The large garden, overlooking the park and the river, has a dining table, chairs, two porches to the north and south and a barbecue for outdoor leisure. The private garage is located in an adjoining building and there is free parking area for more cars outside the house. The best beaches of Cantabria (Noja, Isla, Somo, Laredo) are only 15 minutes away by car. Santander 30 minutes, Cabárceno 20 minutes and Bilbao 50 minutes. Casa Maíz is located in a valley surrounded by meadows and easily accessible from the highway.
The house is located in a private residential area. The residential area is in the village of Hazas de Cesto. Beranga is 2 km away with all the services: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, town hall, etc. There is a park with children's play area right next to the house. The area is perfect for walks and cycling.
