Authentic town house with patio and roof terrace in the historic center of the town of Ferreries. Casa Maria stands out for the spaciousness of all its rooms, for its great views and for preserving the essence of the typical Menorcan town houses. Located in a very quiet and residential area of ​​Ferreries, right in the center of Menorca, it makes it a strategic and ideal place to have the whole island at your fingertips in a matter of minutes. Tourism Tax not included on the price. We will proceed to collect the tourism tax of the Balearic Islands once the guests arrive.

The town has all the necessary services and a wide range of restaurants a few meters from the house.
