A private, quiet, peaceful rural property surrounded by olive grives and fruit trees. Only 5 minutes drive to Sax town with all the amenities you need, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks and more. Winding Spanish streets and a medieval Castle. Monday fresh food and more market. Only 30 minutes to the nearest beach and Alicante Airport. Benidorm only 40 minutes drive where Aqualandia water park and more is situated. Local area perfect for hikes, cycling and more.
Experienced host of 10 years, both in Spain and UK. Holidaying here with family and friends enjoying the peace and tranquility, whilst the proximity to town and other attractions is fantastic. Beach is an easy 30 minutes drive. Loving the climate, the food and the relaxing lifestyle.
Quiet rural countryside close to town, 5 minutes drive. You will find all your needs. Local area perfect for bike rides, walks and more. Public transport in town to local areas and Alicante. Local restaurants are inexpensive. La Senda the best in town for the menu Dia 12e! The Medieval Castle is lovely by day or night.
