Casa Mayor is located just half an hour by car from the airport and Palma, in Dalt de Sa Rapita on the south coast of Mallorca, a quiet area close to the sandy beaches (1,900 m, about 6 minutes by bike) of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, and Ses Salinas. The natural stone villa faces south and features a heated private pool as well as a large, secluded plot. Sun loungers, a large parasol, a solar shower, and a covered terrace with outdoor furniture and a gas grill are at your disposal. The rooftop terrace, accessible from outside, is equipped with two sun loungers and a lounge set and offers views all the way to Es Trenc beach. The spacious living room (50 sqm) is newly furnished. The house offers a high-speed internet connection (over 250 Mbit/s), smart TVs (65-inch, 50-inch, 27-inch), and a soundbar. The newly equipped kitchen is fully fitted with high-quality appliances. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. All windows and the terrace door are fitted with new mosquito screens, and the kitchen and bathrooms have additional window bars. The house is secured with an alarm system. Use of the pool and the entire pool area is at your own risk. The house has a photovoltaic system and a wallbox; charging e-bikes is possible. Two bicycles are available free of charge. Pool heating and use of the wallbox are available for an additional fee. Freshly made beds, towels, and beach towels are included. Parties and loud celebrations are not permitted; rental to groups under 30 years of age is not possible. Shops for daily needs, small supermarkets, a pharmacy, and several restaurants are available in the village. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs, highchairs.
