The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (open from June 1 to September 30), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. 3 parking spaces are available on the property. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Please avoid unnecessary noise between 12 am and 8 am. The property has a step-free interior. Beach/pool towels are provided. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
