Company information

When I discovered Borau, by chance, I was immediately struck by its magic and its mysterious setting. The solemnity of its stone houses, its Aragonese style chimneys, its gardens, in short, a charming village. The Lubierre river runs through the village, and the surrounding countryside is full of nature, ideal for horseback riding and hiking. If you are looking for peace and quiet, walks along the river, ski slopes (Candanchu & Astun), mushrooms, etc. Borau is undoubtedly your destination. And much more. During your stay We are not residents in Borau, but we frequent it on weekends and holidays. We are always available on the phone, we have a person who looks after the house and who will also be available if you need anything, we also send you extensive information about the house, the village, the surroundings, excursions, restaurants, plans, walks, activities, so that you can plan your holidays before your arrival.

Property information

Pedro José is an 18th century stone house (look at the lintel of the balcony 1739), In the Jacetania region it is common for houses to keep the name of the head of the family who built the house, almost always male names. Pedro José was our man. Most of the houses in Borau preserve this tradition. Ground floor- We have a doorway where the firewood is, you can leave your skis, boots, etc. on the same floor and where the and where the animals used to be, we have made a kitchen with a small breakfast area and a complete bathroom. First floor - A living room with a fireplace, a 48 inch flat led tv, in the living room we have connected a tv in the living room we have connected a hard disk with a lot of movies and music, we hope you enjoy it music, we hope you enjoy it, a terrace (which overlooks the old school building) and a dining room with a fireplace (which overlooks the old school building) and a dining room with the traditional hearth where the cooking used to be done. (Please note that this traditional fireplace cannot be lit, we have kept the fireplace and the tosca but we have blinded it because a lot of air was getting in, you will see that it is very big). you will see that it is very big). Second floor- The room with the terrace, (double bed 1,35); its main attraction is the terrace with the tosca fireplace the terrace with the tosca chimney from where you can see the many slab roofs that are still preserved in the roofs that are still preserved in Borau and the room with the twin windows, next to these windows, where people used to sew and gossip about what was going on in the village (two beds of 1.05 m) with a built-in wardrobe made with old shutters and an old decorative fireplace and a small TV.
