Casa Rural Carballo, located in La Coruña (Galicia) and very close to the beaches of A Costa da Morte , it is a totally rehabilitated stone tourist house in 2018. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which allows 10 people to accommodate. The house is located in a very quiet rural area, 5 minutes from Carballo , 30 minutes from Coruña and 40 minutes from Santiago de Compostela. Only 10 minutes, this the magnificent Razo beach is, and 15 minutes is the impressive natural place and beach of Baldayo. The rent is throughout the house, a stone house fully restored with a large outer area of ​​800 m2 with porch, garden, pool and garage. The house is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor is the kitchen, living room with sofa and television, bathroom and a double bedroom. On the upper floor, there are 2 triple bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, bathroom and work area. All bedrooms have a large closet to organize clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils, in addition to hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The outer zone is completely closed with a fence that prevents access to other people. It has an automatic portal for vehicle access and in the 70m2 covered garage there is space for up to 3 cars. You can park for free and it is not necessary to reserve. In the garden children can play in the children's miniparque, football with the porter or basketball with the installed basket. There are also different games such as archery, pin-pon table and bicycles and scooters are available. In summer you can enjoy the pool and sun loungers to sunbathe. On the porch of the house you can use barbecue and eat outdoors.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located in a very quiet rural area, 5 minutes from Carballo (A Coruña) In Carballo you can visit their fair and market every Thursday and some Sundays (2nd, 4th and 5th of each month), you will also find 2 shopping centers, a lot of trade and a lot of leisure and restoration offer. Carballo is ideal to stay as a starting point to know all Costa da Morte, or visit the cities of A Coruña (30 km on highway) or Santiago de Compostela (45 km)
