This 2500 sq. feet two story stone country house has been in the Sacido family for more than 400 years. It is surrounded by almost 10 acres of forest and orchard trees such as chestnut, walnut, apple, pear, or orange. Located in the Muros and Noia Bay in Galicia (Spain) it offers complete immersion in a privileged natural environment sorrounded by the water of two sources mentioned in its Galician name (Ribadafonte: By the source) that lead to an irrigation pool. Only a few minutes away from many beaches on both sides of the bay, very close to Serra de Outes and the medieval town of Noia and less than half an hour away by car from Santiago de Compostela, the capital of Galicia and the final destination of the medieval pilgrimage route to its romanesque cathedral, burial place of the Apostle Saint James.
My name is Alberto Sacido and am the last of the Sacido family to inherit this family home that I would like to share with you. A perfect place for families but also for couples who want to disconnect in the privileged natural environment of an old farm that has changed wheat, rye, potatoes and corn with a wide ringe of fruit trees watered by the natural source that gives name to the property: Ribadafonte = By the source. You are all welcome.
