ESTA EN EL ÁTICO DE UN EDIFICIO, CON UNAS VISTAS ESPECTACULARES. SE VE PERFECTAMENTE, LA CIUDAD DE MANISES Y EL AEROPUERTO. TIENE LA COMODIDAD DE DISPONER DE GARAJE EN EL SOTANO. ESTA EN LA PRINCIPAL AVENIDA DE PATERNA, CON ACCESO DIRECTO DESDE CARRETERA DE MADRID Y EL AEROPUERTO. IT IS IN THE ATTIC OF A BUILDING, WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS. YOU CAN SEE THE CITY OF MANISES AND THE AIRPORT PERFECTLY. IT HAS THE CONVENIENCE OF HAVING A GARAGE IN THE BASEMENT. IT IS ON THE MAIN AVENUE OF PATERNA, WITH DIRECT ACCESS FROM THE MADRID ROAD AND THE AIRPORT.
ESTARAN COMO EN SU PROPIA CASA. ADEMAS DEL GARAJE EN EL SOTANO, DISPONEN DE TRANSPORTE PUBLICO, EN LA PUERTA Y EL METRO A 10´. LA ZONA ES LA MEJOR DE PATERNA, LLENA DE TIENDA Y ESTABLECIMIENTOS. A MI ME ENCANTA ORIENTAR A TODAS MIS VISITAS, PARA QUE SU ESTANCIA SEA MUY GRATA. YOU WILL BE LIKE IN YOUR OWN HOME. IN ADDITION TO THE GARAGE IN THE BASEMENT, THEY HAVE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION, AT THE DOOR AND THE METRO 10' away. THE AREA IS THE BEST IN PATERNA, FULL OF STORES AND ESTABLISHMENTS. I LOVE TO GUIDE ALL MY VISITORS, SO THAT THEIR STAY IS VERY PLEASANT.
