HUTG (024589). Large house of 416m2 with capacity for 13 people located in the municipality of Vall-llobrega with wonderful views of the mountains and the sea. It consists of six rooms: four doubles with double beds and a single room with two beds, finally a last room with a bunk bed and a single bed. The living-dining room has direct access to the fully equipped American kitchen. It has 3 fully renovated bathrooms with showers. Every corner reflects meticulous attention to detail and a very innovative style, thanks to the current major renovation of the whole house. This house has the great privilege of having a very large private garden with a private pool area to enjoy nature. The house has wifi, hot-cold air conditioning and parking for vehicles. It is located in the neighboring municipality of Palamós, where you will find all kinds of shops and restaurants.

Palamós is a coastal town with its promenade, its exquisite restoration area, its old town, and a lot of youth movement. But let's not forget that we talk about the Costa Brava, an ideal destination that adapts to all tastes and concerns. And it has from mountain routes, innumerable coves of crystalline water, to inland villages with its charm and medieval magic. But above all, the territory of "l'Empordà" is famous for its wine tastings and exquisite gastronomy.
