A centennial home with soul, in the heart of Cadaqués Welcome to a home full of history and character —a family house that has hosted generations and countless unforgettable moments. From the very first moment, you’ll notice the personal touch of its owners: books, an old piano, and a warm atmosphere that invites rest and disconnection. Enjoy a charming and secluded patio, perfect for outdoor dinners, with a barbecue ready to use. The house also includes two private parking spaces —a true luxury in this area. Designed for groups or families, the house features three suites with private bathrooms, an additional guest toilet, and is spread across three floors, offering space and privacy for everyone.

Neighbourhood information

With typical Cadaqués-style architecture, built in stone and true to the village's character, the house is centrally located, just steps away from essential shops —supermarket, bakery, etc. It’s located at the entrance of the old town and only 30 metres from the iconic church of Cadaqués. In addition, the Cadaqués Museum is literally next door, and the beach is just a 4-minute walk away. Access is easy, and you can drive right up to the house, with parking available.
