The house is composed of two large rooms with double beds and a room with two single beds, and 1 sofa bed very comfortable for two people in the living room. It has a very spacious and bright living room with sofas very comfortable, with a modern and fresh decoration. A modern bathroom with bath and a bathroom with shower. And a fully equipped kitchen, with very good appliances. And the pool area, jacuzzi, barbecue, the garden is ideal to relax and enjoy. The house faces south-west, with lots of light. Located in a very quiet urbanization, 20 minutes from Barcelona and 10 minutes from the beach and in the middle of the natural park "Serralada Litoral". Ideal to visit the whole area of ​​Barcelona and Girona, the beaches of Maresme and Costa Brava, towns and natural parks. A few meters away you can enjoy a Pitch and Putt, a golf club, 2 equestrian sports, mountain sports, walking and horse riding routes and several restaurants of national and international cuisine.
