The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine—ideal for home-cooked meals. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath/shower are on the first floor. The third bedroom with two single beds and the second bathroom with shower are on the upper floor, along with access to a private rooftop terrace—perfect for sunbathing or a barbecue. Guests enjoy access to a large communal pool, children’s pool, playground, and two private parking spaces. Calpe’s center and beaches are just a short drive away (1.7–1.9 km).
