Rustic and spacious chalet on one single floor, perfect for one or two families or a group of friends. It features 4 large bedrooms with wardrobes, a game room for fun and relaxation, a very rustic living-dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped and spacious kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. There are several porches to enjoy the outdoors, whether relaxing by the pool, having a barbecue, or simply listening to the birds. The large saltwater pool is perfect for refreshing and fun moments. The barbecue area is fully equipped and includes recipe suggestions so you can enjoy great times while the kids play in the garden or in the wooden treehouse. A perfect place to disconnect! Both check-in and check-out are self-managed, allowing guests to enter and leave freely at their convenience.

If you love peace and quiet, the mountains, and outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, cycling, climbing, horse riding, tennis, paddle tennis, etc.), you're sure to have a wonderful time. The house is located in a residential area just 200 meters from an entrance to the Cuenca Alta del Manzanares Natural Park, with MTB and hiking trails starting right from the house. It’s just 15 minutes from La Pedriza and the Puerto de Navacerrada or the Barranca Valley, and 20 minutes from the Valdesquí and Cotos ski resorts. The village is full of life, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and a wide range of activities for both children and adults. A sports center just 5 minutes’ walk away offers paddle tennis, tennis, football, a climbing wall, skate park, and more. There is excellent connection to Madrid—only 30 minutes away—with buses departing every 10 minutes to both Moncloa and Plaza Castilla. The village is surrounded by mountains and peaks such as Pico del Águila, El Telégrafo, and Pico Martillo. You’re going to love it!
