The property is a new development, offering luxury living in the heart of Mijas pueblo mixing privacy with the convenience of being close to the town center. The apartment has a beautiful rooftop pool and a private secured parking space with an elevator to both the apartment and the pool. The interior is a high specification, open plan space fully equipped for 4 people. 2 bedrooms with large built in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms, the master bedroom with en-suite and both with modern walk-in showers and underfloor heating, fully furnished with lots of light and space. The modern kitchen comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, extractor fan, oven and microwave and contains all you need while the supermarkets are only 5 minutes walk. The open plan living room leads to a spacious balcony with views to the hills and the sea that comfortably accommodates the table should you wish to eat al fresco. A flat screen smart TV is mounted where you can watch local television, connect your device or login to your streaming devices and wifi is available in the apartment. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
