Located between Cala en Bosch and Son Xoriguer, urbanizations of Ciutadella, located on the south coast of the Balearic Islands, is the beautiful Chalet Las Dunas just 150m or 2 minutes walk to the beach of the "Platjals" of Son Xoriguer and 350m from the beach of Cala en Bosch. The fantastic property with 53 m² of living space on a plot of more than 200m², newly renovated, is perfect to host 5 people. It offers a living-dining room with sofa-bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchenette, a laundry room, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 double beds), as well as a modern bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, a cot and a high chair. Outside you will find a sunny terrace with hammocks, a small covered terrace with dining area, a chillout terrace with sofas, a barbecue and a fantastic pool for private use, which allows you to cool off on hot summer days. In addition, thanks to the dense hedges you will also enjoy a high level of privacy while you tan in the sun. Relax in the lounge area and leave behind the stress of everyday life! Due to its superb location, a supermarket and car rental are 130 meters away and a wide range of restaurants is 550 meters away or a 6-minute walk from the accommodation. If you want to enjoy a day sunbathing on the beach, a few meters you will reach the sandy beaches of Playa de Son Xoriguer and Cala en Bosch, where the turquoise and crystalline sea awaits you. Parking is available on the property and in the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Late check-in is possible for an extra fee.
