Located in the El Muntanyà urbanization, within the Montseny natural park, 50 km from Barcelona, ​​and in the best area of ​​the urbanization, next to the Montanya Hotel & Lodge resort, golf course and sports complex. The house has 275 m2, distributed over two floors. Living room with fireplace, games room with billiards and table tennis, ideal for enjoying family moments. 5,000m2 of garden and wooded areas that will harmonize you with the purest environment of Montseny. Attention: The use of barbecue and bonfires is restricted during certain times of the year, due to drought emergency and applicable regulations in the Montseny Natural Park.
Located in a very quiet urbanization, with single-family homes separated by about 100-200m between them, all with large garden areas. The area is very safe and the guard from the neighboring hotel patrols the streets frequently to provide additional security. The house is a 5-minute walk from the hotel with a restaurant, swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, among other activities. There is also a golf course 10 minutes away by car. In addition, there are several towns very close with all kinds of cultural activities and shops. Attention: The use of barbecue and bonfires is restricted during certain times of the year, due to drought emergency and applicable regulations in the Montseny Natural Park.
