Enjoy your holidays in Charming Escarrilla, a duplex located in the housing development "Los altos de Escarrilla", a luxurious residential complex located in the Valley of Tena in the municipality of Escarrilla, between the ski resorts of Formigal and Panticosa (5 And 3 km). Its location makes it ideal for practicing winter sports, but it is also a very visited destination in other seasons of the year by those who enjoy hiking, fishing or simply looking for a relaxing time. The urbanization is of typical construction of the area, in which outside the traditional materials are used: stone, wood and slate. While the interior has been taken care of to the last detail, using materials and furniture of the highest quality. With an area of ​​115 square meters, the apartment consists of four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 8 people. This beautiful house has 3 levels: on the ground floor there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a bedroom with 2 single beds and a full bathroom; on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds—and another full bathroom; and on the third floor there is a charming attic-style bedroom with a double bed, accessible via a typical staircase. The accommodation has a free underground garage and a space to store the skis. The accommodation is fully equipped with bed linen, towels, free toiletries, kitchen with utensils and modern appliances, including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher ... Enjoy the comfort of skiing in a luxury accommodation, of traditional construction and with all the comforts that offers you a high standard luxury residential complex.
