Property information

Coco & Palma vacation rentals are located in an iconic Puerto de la Cruz building, the Martina Building, with a communal pool and directly facing the sea and Playa de Martiánez. Recently renovated and fully equipped with high-quality amenities, our studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments are the perfect choice for enjoying a well-deserved break or working in a peaceful, idyllic setting, just steps from the beach, the promenade, or the famous "Lago Martiánez" saltwater pools. All our accommodations feature Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and high-quality amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable, furnished living room with a sofa bed. All have side or front views of the sea, the beach, and the promenade. "Coco" apartments are located on the 3rd floor, while the "Palma" apartments are located on the 8th floor of the building. The Martina building features spacious common areas with a grand entrance, six elevators, and a newly opened outdoor area with a sun terrace and a pleasant seating area with planters, where you can relax and read a book. There is a supermarket directly below the building, and at street level you will find countless shops, restaurants, and bars. The Martiánez Shopping Center, with its shops and supermarket, is about 200 meters away. (The community pool is currently undergoing renovations and is closed until June 2025)

Neighbourhood information

Our accommodation is located near the Beach Martiánez, and very close to "Lago Martiánez", the famous salt water pools of Puerto de la Cruz, designed by the famous artist César Manrique. In the surroundings there is a wide range of leisure, bars and restaurants, as well as a supermarket. An ideal place to enjoy the atmosphere of this part of the city.
