Colina del Sol is a very private and picturesquely complex of three free-standing elegant residences at the top of the Cap Blanc hill. The villas have been created with the highest standards. The most outstanding architectural elements are rocks integrated in the interior design which gives an impression of being closer to nature. The effort to create something fresh, interesting, comfortable, independent and secure - these are the synonyms of the Colina del Sol investment, which we took into account creating three independent villas that fit into the demanding style of a guest who comes to spend an unforgettable holiday in a unique corner of Spain, which is Cullera.

Property info

Sol is a modern, family villa decorated in warm, sunny colors. It is located in the middle of Colina del Sol building complex. It consists of a spacious living room connected with a fully equipped kitchenette and a large dining room comfortable for 8 people. There are also four modern bedrooms on the third floor: two intended for adults and two more, prepared especially for our youngest Guests. The lowest floor of the residence is a spacious relaxation and recreation complex, where everyone will find something for themselves. The private pool, which is an oasis of peace and relaxation, is dedicated to both adults and children – there is a part where the depth was adjusted especially for them. On the same level there is also a second kitchen and a room with a large table, bar, table football and TV zone with games and activities. At Sol villa everything has been prepared to enjoy family holidays in Spain together.

Cullera is located at the estuary of the Júcar River, in area surrounded by citrus groves and rice fields. It has a mild and sunny Mediterranean climate. The sun shines here for most of the year. It is known for its beautiful landscapes, picturesque coves, crystal clear water and vast sandy beaches. It is a paradise for windsurfing, sailing and diving enthusiasts. It is also possible to rent a jet ski or kayak to get to Peñeta del Moro island. Nearby you can find the Aquopolis Cullera water park, which can be an alternative to the beach. Fantastic fun for children and adults guaranteed! A walking tour is the perfect way to explore the historic center, plunge into the narrow streets and feel the real atmosphere of a Spanish town. Cullera is only 40 km away from Valencia and and 80 km from Alicante. Offers 15 km of Blue Flag beaches and amazing walks around. Without a doubt, it is a unique and charming corner of Spain.
