Property information

The flat offers spaciousness and good comfort. Recently renovated, with brand new furniture. It has a large private terrace. Outside: On the ground floor there is a small patio, sheltered from wind and sun and equipped with table and chairs, where you can enjoy outdoor meals. The large terrace (approx. 50 m2) is on the upper floor. Surrounded by walls, it is equally protected but sunnier. It is equipped with awning, sun loungers, table with chairs and barbecue. Interior:On the ground floor, there is an open-plan space comprising the living/dining room and the kitchen. It is equipped with a sofa (3 seats) and 2 armchairs, plasma TV, dining room for 6 people and modern kitchen. The 3 bedrooms are also on the ground floor: 2 with a double bed (150cm) and the third with a single bed, as well as the bathroom with shower. A staircase leads up from the living room to the 1st floor which has a mixed living room, with wicker furniture; separated by a curtain is the utility room with washing machine and storage space. Large windows link this space to the large terrace. Parking: We recommend parking your car nearby. Air conditioning: There is air conditioning in the living room and in the large bedroom. Internet / WiFi with fibre optics allows you to watch movies or series online, connecting your mobile phone or tablet to the TV via HDMI.

Neighbourhood information

It is situated in the romantic fishermen's quarter of Conil, only a few minutes from the beach. Restaurants, bars and all kinds of shops are within easy reach. The narrow streets are practically traffic free and the area is very quiet, only parking is difficult to find.
