Welcome to this wonderful village house, for 8 guests, in front of the sea of Son Servera. The exteriors of this spectacular house are prepared to offer you the peace and quiet you deserve. In the garden you will find a swimming pool of 3.2x2.2m and with a depth of 0.7m that will be ideal for cooling off on the hottest days. You can sunbathe on the sun loungers, prepare a delicious barbecue or have a glass of wine with a good book while enjoying the peace and quiet of the sea waves. There is also a terrace on the upper floor with dreamlike views. In addition, the garden has direct access to the beach, a real privilege! It is a three-storey house. On the main floor, there is a astonishing living-dining room, with TV-SAT and A/C. The kitchen, with direct access to the outside, is wide and has ceramic cooktop. The laundry has washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms, one with shower on this floor and another one with bathtub on the upper floor. Then, there are also 4 bedrooms that feature two single beds and wardrobe; one on the ground floor, two on the 1st floor and the last one on the 2nd floor. A cot and a high chair can also be provided. Likewise, the accommodation offers our guests 4 fans and oil central heating. The swimming pool will be closed from 30/11 to 01/03.

Neighbourhood information

This property is unique since it is located in Son Servera village and, at the same time, in front of the sea. It is a marvel to be able to access walking to any service such as bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc., and, even better, to the beach. You just need to cross the garden and walk into the sand.
