Note that if there are only 2 guests, you will not be able to use the sofa bed, without prior request and payment of the additional charge.
For check-ins on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), as well as holidays and holiday eves (national and local), check-in can only be done in the NON-PRESENTIAL mode, and the guest must provide the check-in documentation requested by the establishment 48 hours prior to the day of entry.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation, without prior authorization from the accommodation.

A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
