Please note that a damage deposit of 300 euros must be paid, ideally by PayPal (especially if you come from a non EU country), within 5 days before the arrival date. In case you don't have PayPal, there are also other options: by bank transfer within the 5 days prior arrival or by credit card on arrival day. It will be refunded within 5 days after check-out, always if there isn't any damage to the property. The check-in could be from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. and the check-out from 9 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., unless there is no other guest leaving / arriving on the same day. For a Check-in after 8 p.m. an extra charge of 50 euros must be paid. It is 3-level townhouse with sea view in Roque del Conde I complex with communal pool. The apartment has a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a dining area with wonderful sea views, a bathroom and a porch with an outdoor dining area and BBQ on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) on the first floor, the third bedroom with bathroom is in the basement, next to the closed garage with entrance from the porch. The community pool is a 3 minute walk away. The house has WiFi in all areas, air conditioning in the living room and in the master bedroom, safe, dishwasher and washing machine, it is equipped with bed linen, bath and pool towels.
