Lovely 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom villa in the Campasol community sector C located only 30 minutes from Murcia International Airport with both a private and communal pool. It is situated on a quiet street and a 10 minute walk to the golf club. The beaches are a 20 minute drive. The villa is newly outfitted with everything you need for a self catering holiday. There is a utility room off the kitchen with a washer and storage space. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has 2 twin beds. All rooms have newly fitted ceiling fans and the living room has a new air conditioning unit. There is also a log burner for the cooler winter months. The outside area is fully fenced with a large charcoal built in barbecue and a stone table and benches. New sun loungers and a large parasol provide shade for the summer months. There are other outdoor seating areas and an outdoor shower. The stairs lead to a rooftop solarium with an area to enjoy your morning coffee and amazing unobstructed Mountain View’s. The villa includes free Wi-Fi. The villa is legally registered with the Murcia Tourist Board. Pets are allowed upon approval when booking.
