Villa Esmeralda is a beautiful family villa for up to 6 people located in the Chicharas area in Alhaurin el Grande. This property offers a large garden and newly renovated facilities that are unique in the area. It is an ideal place to enjoy a family vacation. The villa has a chill out area that is available from June 15 to September 15 during the mid and low season. During the rest of the year, other outdoor furniture will be available in that area. The location of the villa is perfect, as it is just 10 minutes from the city center and 25 minutes from Malaga and the Airport. In addition, it offers impressive views of Axarquía and the Guadalhorce Valley. The property has parking for two vehicles and is surrounded by a 1,300 square meter garden. The little ones can enjoy playing in a flat area of the garden. There is also a swimming pool with parasols and sun loungers to cool off during hot days. The villa consists of a living room with fireplace and access to a balcony/terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (one main with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, a secondary one with a double bed and a third with two single beds). and two bathrooms with shower tray. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, fiber optic Wi-Fi connection and a Smart TV. Pets are not allowed. Please note that to stay at this property it is necessary to retain or pay a deposit before handing over the keys. The deposit will be unlocked or returned after your stay. Please note that this property does not allow more than one infant per reservation (0-2 years old).
