The penthouse is newly built. Stunning views either from the large balcony and terrace of almost 100m2. You can enjoy different views of the nature every single day! All the home appliance are newish.
It takes only 5 min drive from wonderful beaches, the shopping area of Sabinillas and the attractive Puerto de la Duquesa. The famous and picturesque town of Estepona and the prestigious Sotogrande The urbanisation are only 15 minutes away, Marbella is 25 minutes away, and Duquiesa Port 5 minutes. Malaga airport 50 minutes and Gibraltar airport 20 minutes. So you can enjoy your stay here even if you only stay for a few days. This community is surrounded by prestigious golf courses such as Dona Julia golf and Finca Cortesin, No. 1 in National Golf Resort. The community is all very nice and secure, and it has 24h. security, communal swimming pool and green areas. The apartment include also 1 underground parking space in the same building. In recent years, Casares Beach has become the jewel in the crown of the Costa del Sol.
